Who wants to be on top of the search when buyers look for products on ebay. Every casual ebay seller is aiming to have their products to be the first in every display. But with so many sellers currently on ebay, the competition is so tough and the chance of making it to the top is so slim. Yet there are strategies why one store makes it than the rest. Of course, it pays to have a name in every marketplace, it pays to have a reputation as a powerseller and it pays to be having a unique type of niche store. But still, ebay sellers can’t stop digging how to become at the top. Recently, ebay announced the changes of the way items are being searched on ebay. Ebay adopt the google’s search strategies where keywords and tags become very important. Now, if you are a neophyte seller, you need to understand that you need to work on these things or your product will less likely to be seen on ebay. And this is not a good sign for your business. As an ebay seller, you need to take time to write in guides. What are guides? Guides are like blogs. This enables ebay sellers to write anything about their business. Through guides, you may be able to share your ideas, tips or any experience you have as a seller. Aside from sharing your thoughts and opinions, you may be able to add important keywords to the content of your article or blog. Use this keywords to link to a category within the product in your store. Remember you cannot directly point the link to the product but only to the category where your product can be found. This category can be found only in your store and not the general ebay category. The more articles you post on reviews, the more keywords you link to your store, the more chances you have to be listed on top of searches, the more chances of traffic to your store and the more profit you will expect from your ebay business.
