Ebay Policy for Recalled Items:
eBay strongly supports the efforts of the U.S. Consumer Products Safety Commission (CPSC) to protect consumers against potentially hazardous goods. eBay does not permit the listing of items that have been identified by the CPSC as hazardous to consumers and therefore subject to a recall.
You can get product recall and safety news directly from the Consumer Products Safety Commission.
Violations of this policy may result in a range of actions, including:
· Listing cancellation
· Limits on account privileges
· Account suspension
· Forfeit of eBay fees on cancelled listings
· Loss of PowerSeller status
Ebay encourage buyers to check with US Consumer Safety Commission and take full responsibility of every product they buy.
