If you are new to ebay and don’t have idea on how to sell in this site, it will take a longer time for you to get familiar with it. Luckily, ebay provide Help features that would answer almost all of your questions. Here are some helpful tips on how to find help at ebay:

Live help in upper right you’ll get a chat window like skype or other instant messaging programs.

  1. The sitemap provides help in all categories. It is organized into five sections: Buy, Sell, My eBay, Community and Help.
  2. community pages – here you will be able to communicate with other ebay sellers and be able to receive feedbacks and tips on ebay.
  3. Search on MyEbay – will give you the status of your bid or your auction sale.
  4. search on google payment fees – google can also provide you with information on payment fees.

These features will help you are oftentimes unnoticed but they are useful informtion in ebay selling.
